For less demanding applications, low-temperature hot melt films can often reduce the difficulty of the process, improve production efficiency and save energy costs. Therefore, the demand for low-temperature hot melt adhesive film is relatively great a kind of adhesive film.
The low temperature resistant hot melt adhesive film refers to the ability of hot melt adhesive film to maintain its inherent properties in a low-temperature environment. At low temperatures, the adhesive layer of ordinary hot melt films generally loses its original elasticity and even becomes brittle. In the case of PA hot melt films, the adhesive layer will become hard and brittle at sub-zero temperatures, leading to quality problems in the cost of the film. For conventional low-temperature hot melt adhesive films, we often recommend TPU type hot melt adhesive films, which usually have very good low-temperature resistance.
